An isolated nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide, wherein the polypeptide comprises (1) a Pseudomonas exotoxin A fragment consisting of the receptor binding domain of the Pseudomonas exotoxin A and (2) at least two copies of an antigenic peptide sequence wherein said copies occur as a single block of peptide repeats without intervening amino acids in between any two copies.
