tagging evidence to the remote data using the local input device;

grouping the evidence into meaningful sets by analyzing the keywords and evidence;
storing the meaningful sets on the host computer; and

16. A computer implemented method for creating a requirements document comprising the acts of:

receiving remote data on a host computer from a remote input device, and storing the remote data in a memory device coupled to the computer;
using a client computer coupled to the host computer to access the host computer to analyze the remote data to look for a pattern in the remote data;
tagging the pattern in the remote data with one or more key words and storing the pattern and one or more key words in the memory;
using key words to find various matching patterns in memory, grouping a plurality of patterns from the memory into a meaningful grouping and tagging the meaningful grouping with a group identifier, and storing the meaningful grouping and its group identifier in the memory;
using group identifiers to find various matching identifiers in memory, selecting a specific combination of meaningful groupings, and combining the data from the specific combination of meaningful groupings into a proposed requirements document;
tagging one or more key questions to the proposed requirements document for use in a design review and storing the proposed requirements document and one or more key questions in the memory; and
