Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenmic applications.

Claims

1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that:

(a) encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO;

2; and

(b) hybridizes under stringent conditions to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO;

1 or the complement thereof.

2. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:

3. A recombinant expression vector comprising an isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleotide sequence described in SEQ ID NO:

4. The recombinant expression vector of claim 3, wherein said isolated nucleic acid molecule encodes the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

5. A host cell comprising the vector of claim 3.

6. A host cell comprising the vector of claim 4.

7. The host cell of claim 5 wherein said cell is procaryotic.

8. The host cell of claim 5, wherein said cell is eucaryotic.

9. The host cell of claim 5 wherein said cell is a yeast cell.

10. The host cell of claim 5, wherein said cell is an insect cell.

11. The host cell of claim 5, wherein said cell is an animal cell.

12. The host cell of claim 5, wherein said cell is a mammalian cell.
