1. A hole cutting apparatus comprising:

  • a. a central portion axially holding an arbor and a pilot drill;

    b. a rim having a substantially continuously circular circumference;

    c. at least three spokes connecting said central portion with said rim;

    d. groove cutting members circumferentially arrayed in a number equal to that of said spokes; and

    wherein said groove cutting members are fixed at said rim at positions immediately adjacent said spokes and wherein said groove cutting members are circumferentially oriented in a substantially equal radial distance to said pilot drill and wherein said groove cutting members are arrayed in a substantially equal offset to said circular circumference.
