1. A method for producing a closed cell rigid foamed synthetic resin, comprising:

  • reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate compound in the presence of 4-16 parts by mass of only water as a blowing agent, based on 100 parts by mass of the polyol, a catalyst, and a fluorine-containing compound of the Formula 1;

    wherein in the Formula 1, Rf is a C2-27 polyfluoroalkyl group or a group containing an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom in a carbon-carbon bond of said polyfluoroalkyl group, n is an integer of from 1 to 100, A is an alkylene group having a carbon number in the straight chain portion between bonds of from 2 to 4, provided that when n is from 2 to 100, the plurality of A may be the same or different, and R is a hydrogen atom, an C1-18 alkyl group or a C1-18 acyl group.
