A single -or double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive film strip, having a grip tab and being redetachable from a substrate to which it is adhered by pulling on the grip tab to extensively stretch the film strip, wherein the surface of the grip tab is coated, etched, around or embossed to increase its static frictional force Fs, as measured in accordance with DIN 53375, to at least 170 cN.
