1. A cellular phone comprising:

  • a phone body capable of wireless communication;

    a battery removably installable so as to be contacted with the phone body via first contact terminals;

    a memory provided between the phone body and the battery so as to be put into contact with the phone body via second contact terminals provided on a battery fixing surface of the phone body when the battery is installed to the phone body; and

    a memory access circuit provided in the phone body and permitting access to the memory from the phone body, wherein a recess large enough to receive the memory on the fixing surface of the battery is formed, and an elastic member is provided on the recess to force the memory towards the phone body.
