1. A tubular electro-luminescent (E.L.) light incorporated into a main device, comprising:

  • at least one inner conductive member;

    at least one electro-luminescent (E.L.) panel including electrodes for causing illumination of said panel, the electro-luminescent panel surrounding the inner member;

    at least one outer member surrounding the inner member and the electro-luminescent (E.L.) panel; and

    at least one additional conductive member arranged to deliver electric signals between ends of said tubular electro-luminescent (E.L.) light and said device, and wherein said device is selected from the group consisting of sound equipment, audio equipment, communication equipment, MP3 players, radios, cellular telephones, power cords, evacuation strips, and household appliances.
