1. A method for evaluating a welded part, comprising:
- sampling information about yield loads corresponding to welding degrees of a plurality of welded parts in their welding conditions;
making a correspondence data including the welding degrees and the corresponding yield loads;
searching a relationship between the welding degrees and the yield loads and determining a compressive load for inspection on the ground of the searched relationship;
applying the determined compressive load for inspection on the welded part;
measuring an amount of strain of the welded part when the determined compressive load is applied thereon; and
evaluating the welding condition of the welded part by judging whether or not the measured amount of strain on measurement is included in a predetermined range.

Abstract
In the method for evaluating a welded part, it is performed to make an inspection press member press the welded part for connecting a plurality of wires with each other to apply a predetermined compressive load on the welded part. Next, it is performed to measure an amount of strain of the welded part when it is subjected to the compressive load. The evaluation of the welded part in welding condition is carried out by judging whether or not the measured amount of strain is within a predetermined range.
