1. An endoluminal prosthesis, comprising:

  • at least one radially expandable support member, having a plurality of openings passing through a wall thereof, a main portion with a first outer diameter, and at least one flared end portion with a second outer diameter greater than the first outer diameter;

    a first covering member comprising a biocompatible material, positioned about an interior surface of said support member; and

    a second covering member comprising a biocompatible material, positioned about an exterior surface of said support member;

    wherein said first covering member is bonded to said second covering member along two or more spaced apart bonding regions positioned in said openings in said support member, such that a pocket is formed between adjacent bonding regions, the pocket being sized greater than a thickness of the support member wall to permit movement of the support member wall within the pocket.
