1. A method for increasing user capacity and high speed data service of wireless communication network comprising the steps of:

  • receiving at a base station of the network an uplink communication signal from a first user of the network, wherein the uplink communication signal includes a request for data download;

    determining whether the uplink communication signal further includes a request for a high-speed data service;

    processing the uplink communication signal;

    if the uplink communication signal does not include a request for a high-speed data service, providing the requested data download from the base station directly to the first user;

    if the uplink communication signal includes a request for a high-speed data service, providing the requested data download from a remote emitter directly to the first user;

    determining a first path loss from the first user to the remote emitter;

    detecting a second user of the network;

    determining a second path loss from the second user to the remote emitter;

    if the second path loss is equal to or less than the first path loss, directly providing data download from the remote emitter to the second user; and

    if the second path loss is greater than the first path loss, directly providing data download from the base station to the second user.
