1. An adherent gel comprising from (a) 100 parts by weight of one or a mixture of two or more of a hydrogenated styrene isoprene/butadiene styrene block copolymer(s);

  • (b) from about 300 to about 1,600 parts by weight of one or more of a plasticizing oil(s), and a minor amount of one or more resin(s) to aid in adhesion;

    wherein said adherent gel having greater tear resistance than a corresponding gel of styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene block copolymer.
