1. A light-emitting device comprising:

  • a support substrate, a semiconductor light-emitting element mounted on the support substrate, a transparent film fixed to the support substrate so as to cover the semiconductor light-emitting element with a space defined by the support substrate and the transparent film surrounding the semiconductor light-emitting element, and an electrode pattern formed on an upper surface of the transparent film, wherein the electrode pattern is electrically connected to terminal electrodes of the semiconductor light-emitting element with a bump, the bump has a size smaller than a size of the semiconductor light emitting-element, and the electrode pattern formed on the transparent film extends above the semiconductor light-emitting element, and the portion of the electrode positioned above the semiconductor light-emitting element has a line shape with a width smaller than a width of the semiconductor light-emitting element.
