said radio frequency identification and magnetic anti-theft tag assembly having an antenna, and chip logic coupled therewith, so that said radio frequency identification and magnetic anti-theft tag assembly comprises a radio frequency responsive element that functions as a radio frequency identification tag; and
a magnetic material connected with the radio frequency responsive element, the magnetic material comprising a magnetic field responsive element that functions as a magnetic electronic article surveillance antitheft tag.
