1. In a method for managing and receiving laboratory test data of the type produced at one or more remote data-taking stations in laboratories engaged in the development or production of pharmaceutical or chemical products for human use the improvements comprising the steps of:
- providing a main data-storage and manipulating station;
preparing procedures for the receipt, storage and management of said data by said data-storage and manipulating station;
transmitting said test data instantaneously from said one or more data-taking stations to said main data-storage and manipulating station; and
recording said test data at said main data-storage and manipulating station while not recording said test data at said one or more data-taking stations to thereby prevent duplicate recording of said test data.
