1. A permeable conductive shield, comprising:

  • a plurality of insulating spacers disposed in a plane with spaces between the insulating spacers;

    an insulating sheet having a plurality of through holes, disposed on the plurality of insulating spacers; and

    a conductive sheet having a plurality of through holes, disposed on the insulating sheet,wherein the through holes in the insulating sheet are aligned with the through holes in the conductive sheet and the spaces between the insulating spacers so as to allow airflow through the permeable conductive shield.
