28. An apparatus for collecting a sample of body fluid, comprising:
-
a hollow needle comprising an insertion tip sized to penetrate into but not through the dermal layer of skin; and a tube retained within said hollow needle, said tube comprising an open distal end and an inner diameter sufficient to exert a capillary action on fluid present at said open distal end so as to draw the fluid into said tube. - View Dependent Claims (29)
