- a. a housing containing a interchangeable bidirectional high speed data modem operably connected to a first radio transceiver, a first radio processor card, and a switching power supply, wherein the housing further comprises a mounting bracket to connect the housing to a strand comprising a coaxial cable;
b. a splitter adapted to engage the coaxial cable and split the RF spectrum signal from AC power, wherein the switching power supply converts the AC power to DC power; and
c. at least one heating and cooling device adapted to heat and cool contents of the housing.
