the source of illumination is of a dimension and is positioned at a distance below the undersurface portion to provide that a greater portion of light emitted therefrom is directed for emission in the lateral direction rather than the downward direction and a portion of the downwardly emitted light is directed at an upward angle for reflection off of the water-air interface and then outwardly and laterally from the fight source.
