1. An image distribution method for distributing an image acquired by a camera on a network, comprising the steps of:

  • receiving control information to control the camera from an image reception apparatus via a first network whose bandwidth is not assured; and

    sending an image acquired by the controlled camera to the image reception apparatus via a second network whose bandwidth is assured,wherein the image acquired by the camera is sent to the image reception apparatus via the second network when the image reception apparatus forms a connection via the first network with a control server for sending control information to control the camera, andwherein the image reception apparatus obtains, via the first network, information for obtaining the image, and forms the connection for sending the image via the second network based on the information.
