1. A composite biomaterial constituted by:

  • (a) an electrically conductive polymer film based on polypyirole (PPy) and at least one compound chosen from the group formed by hyaluronic acid, ester derivatives of hyaluronic acid (HYAFF), O-sulphated derivatives of hyaluronic acid (HAOSO3), or percarboxylated derivatives of hyaluronic acid (HYOXX) and,(B) a two- or three-dimensional structure constituted by at least one ester derivatives of hyaluronic acid (HYAFF), percarboxylated derivatives of hyaluronic acid (HYOXX), autocrosslinked derivatives of hyaluronic acid (ACP), or crosslinked derivatives of partially deacetylated hyaluronic acid.
