S, wherein S is a single amino acid or a peptide of two or more amino acids;

wherein the group —

NH—

forms an amide bond with the alpha-carboxy group of S when S is a single amino acid and the group —

NH—

forms an amide bond with the C-terminal alpha-carboxy group of S when S is a peptide of two or more amino acids, or a salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof.

16. A compound according to claim 14, wherein W is —

O—

C₁-C₈ alkyl-NH—

S, wherein S is a single amino acid or a peptide of two or more amino acids;

wherein the group —

NH—

forms an amide bond with the alpha-carboxy group of S when S is a single amino acid and the group —

NH—

forms an amide bond with the C-terminal alpha-carboxy group of S when S is a peptide of two or more amino acids, or a salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof.

17. A compound according to claim 14 of the formula:

18. A method of treating cancer in an individual, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 14 to the individual.

19. The method of claim 18, wherein the cancer is prostate cancer.

20. A method of treating cancer in an individual, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 17 to an individual.

21. The method of claim 20, wherein the cancer is prostate cancer.
