a pixel portion formed over a substrate, the pixel portion comprising a plurality of pixels and each of the plurality of pixels comprising at least one thin film transistor, a pixel electrode connected with the thin film transistor, and a light emitting element formed over the pixel electrode; and
a driver circuit formed among the plurality of pixels,wherein at least a part of the driver circuit is covered with the pixel electrode.
