a controller including at least a microprocessor, that determines personal characteristic values, the personal characteristic values being used to evaluate the user'"'"'s physical status on the basis of information input from the personal characteristic value receiver; and
a driving device controlled by the controller, that drives at least one of a compressor and an indoor fan so as to promptly enhance the user'"'"'s status.
