1. A system for bypassing an aneurysm comprising:
- a first anchoring and sealing device, including an expandable structure having a substantially cylindrical structure with first and second open ends and a sealing material surrounding the substantially cylindrical structure and substantially covering at least one of the first and second open ends, the sealing material comprising a first material;
at least one bypass prosthesis for bypassing an aneurysmal section of the vessel, the at least one bypass prosthesis extending at least partially into the first anchoring and sealing device, the at least one bypass prosthesis comprising a scaffold and graft material attached thereto, the graft material comprising a second material;
at least one extension prosthesis connected to and in fluid communication with the at least one bypass prosthesis, the at least one extension prosthesis comprising a scaffold and graft material attached thereto, the graft material comprising the scond material; and
an extension receptacle positionable on or within at least one of the at least one bypass prosthesis and the at least one extension prosthesis, the extension receptacle including a gasket to create a fluid tight seal between the at least one bypass prosthesis and the at least one extension prosthesis, the gasket comprising the first material and wherein the first and second materials are distinct materials.

The systems, devices, and methods of the present invention include a prosthesis assembly for establishing a fluid flow path between an upstream portion of an artery and at least one bifurcated downstream portion of the artery.
