Stent coatings comprising hydrophilic additives
First Claim
1. An implantable medical device comprising a coating, the coating includinga mixture of at least one poly(meth)acrylate comprising a macromolecular chain and at least one polyalkylene glycol comprising a macromolecular chain, wherein a physically entangled or interpenetrating system formed of the macromolecular chains of the poly(meth)acrylate and the polyalkylene glycol, wherein the poly(meth)acrylate has a number average molecular weight (Mn) between about 50,000 and about 1,000,000 Daltons, andwherein the polyalkylene glycol has a Mn between about 5,000 and about 100,000 Daltons.
