a well-shaped concavity implemented in the inside of the lens body, aligned to the top surface from the bottom surface along an optical axis of the lens body,wherein a ceiling surface of the concavity serves as first lens surface, the top surface of the lens body serves as a second lens surface, and inside of the concavity serves as a storing cavity of light source or photodetector, and a distance between the first and second lens surfaces along the optical axis is larger than a radius of curvature of the second lens surface.
