- receiving quality of service objectives of one or more users;
as an information system processes requests for web content from a set of users that includes the one or more users, determining the behavior of the information system;
detecting changes in the information system that affect the ability of the information system to meet the quality of service objectives, wherein detecting changes in the information system includes detecting software revisions or software changes; and
in response to detecting the changes, updating the behavior of the information system to increase the ability of the information system to meet the quality of service objectives.
