1. A medical electrical lead, comprising:

  • a first implantable lead having a lead body and a first electrode coupled adjacent a distal end portion of the lead body, said distal end portion of said first lead having a fixation device coupled to the lead body and being anchorable in the coronary sinus of a patient; and

    a second, over-the-wire implantable lead having a passage adapted to accept the first implantable lead and a second electrode located at the distal end of the passage with a bore, wherein the position of the first and second electrodes may be varied relative to one another by movement of said second lead along said first lead.
