1. A wood-type golf club head comprising:

  • a crown, a sole, and a front wall having a perimeter, wherein the aft-end of the crown is substantially perpendicular to a heel end of the crown and a toe end of the crown;

    wherein the golf club head has a distance, Dhw, ranging from 2.0 inches to 5.0 inches;

    wherein the golf club head has a distance, Dtw, ranging from 2.0 inches to 5.0 inches;

    wherein the golf club head has a distance, Daw, ranging from 2.0 inches to 5.50 inches;

    wherein the heel end of the crown extends rearward from a perimeter of the front wall a distance of least 66% of the length of the heel end of the crown at an angle of 80 degrees to 90 degrees relative to a plane parallel to the farthest extent of the front wall;

    wherein the golf club head has a hollow interior;

    wherein the crown is composed of a non-metal material;

    wherein the front wall has an aspect ratio that is greater than 1.8;

    wherein the golf club head has a volume ranging from 420 cubic centimeters to 470 cubic centimeters, a coefficient of restitution ranging from 0.81 to 0.94, a mass ranging from 180 grams to 215 grams, a moment of inertia, Izz, about the center of gravity of the golf club head greater than 4000 grams-centimeters squared, and a moment of inertia, Iyy, about the center of gravity of the golf club head ranging from 2000 grams-centimeters squared to 4000 grams-centimeters squared.
