- a substrate;
a plurality of pixels,a plurality of first electrodes corresponding to the plurality of pixels being formed on the substrate,a light-emitting layer formed over the first electrodes;
a pixel partition including an insulating material being formed between the pixels,an auxiliary electrode including a conductive material and having a pattern equivalent to that of the partition being formed at a position corresponding to a top surface of the partition that includes the insulating material; and
a second electrode continuous over the light-emitting layer and the auxiliary electrode.
