1. A mutually adaptive system, comprising:
- a first computer-based system comprising a structural aspect and a function to interact with a second computer-based system;
a second computer-based system comprising a structural aspect and a usage aspect comprising usage behaviors, wherein at least a subset of the usage behaviors are associated with a plurality of interactions between the first computer-based system and the second computer-based system;
a function to generate an adaptive recommendation based, at least in part, on infererences of non-explicitly indicated preferences derived from patterns of the usage behaviors associated with the plurality of interactions between the first computer implemented computer-based system and the second computer-based system; and
a function to deliver the adaptive recommendation to the first computer-based system.

Abstract
A mutually adaptive system is disclosed. The mutually adaptive system enables a plurality of constituent systems to interact and mutually adapt to their interactions. Adaptive recommendations may be generated and delivered from a first constituent system to a second constituent system based, at least in part, on interactive behaviors between the two systems. Delivery of these adaptive recommendations may include modification of structural aspects of the recipient constituent system. One or more of the constituent systems may include a representation of one or more people, and a first constituent system may include a representation of a second constituent system.

-
a first computer-based system comprising a structural aspect, a usage aspect comprising usage behaviors associated with a second computer-based system, and a function to generate an adaptive recommendation based, at least in part, on inferences of non-explicitly indicated preferences from usage behaviors; a second computer-based system comprising a structural aspect, a usage aspect comprising usage behaviors associated with the first computer-based system, and a function to generate an adaptive recommendation based, at least in part, on inferences of non-explicitly indicated preferences from usage behaviors; and a function to deliver an adaptive recommendation from the first computer-based system to the second computer-based system, wherein the delivered adaptive recommendation is generated based, at least in part, on inferred preferences derived from the usage behaviors of the second computer-based system. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 18, 19)

20. An article comprising a physical computer readable medium storing instructions for enabling a processor-based system to:
-
establish a first computer implemented system comprising a structural aspect and a function to interact with a second computer-based system; establish a second system comprising a structural aspect and a usage aspect comprising usage behaviors, wherein at least a subset of the usage behaviors are associated with a plurality of interactions between the first computer-based system and the second computer-based system; generate an adaptive recommendation based, at least in part, on infererences of non-explicitly indicated preferences derived from patterns of the usage behaviors associated with the plurality of interactions between the first computer-based system and the second computer-based system; and deliver the adaptive recommendation to the first computer-based system.
