1. A screen printing screen frame comprising:

  • sides to which a screen is to be attached, each of said sides including a side surface having apertures therein;

    tension adjusting bars receivable within said sides, each of said tension adjusting bars having aperture portions corresponding to said apertures in said side surface of a corresponding one of said sides when said each of said tension adjusting bars is received within said one of said sides; and

    tension adjusting screws movably receivable within said aperture portions of said tension adjusting bars such that, when the screen is attached to said sides and said each of said tension adjusting bars is received within said corresponding one of said sides, tension on the screen can be controlled by said sides deflecting upon said tension adjusting screws moving in or out of said aperture portions of said tension adjusting bars so as to eliminate unwanted distortion or skew of images on a print,wherein said sides are joined to one another, with each of said sides having a rectangular cross section and also having an opening at one end thereof such that said each of said tension adjusting bars is receivable within said corresponding one of said sides by virtue of being passed through said opening.
