1. A decoding device, comprising:

  • a first decoder coupled to a transmission channel to receive a first element code to perform a first decoding based on the first element code and fourth soft-output data, and to generate first soft-output data, wherein the first element code includes first redundant bits not interleaved in a data transmission side;

    an interleaver coupled to the first decoder and rearranging the first soft-output data in a first order to generate a second soft-output data;

    a second decoder coupled to the transmission channel and the interleaver to receive a second element code and the second soft-output data to perform a second decoding based on the second element code and the second soft-output data, and to generate third soft-output data, wherein the second element code includes second redundant bits interleaved in the data transmission side;

    a deinterleaver coupled to the second decoder and the first decoder to rearrange the third soft-output data in a second order different from the first order, and to generate the fourth soft-output data; and

    a hard decision part coupled to the first decoder, wherein the first decoder further outputs fifth soft-output data different from the fourth soft-output data as a result of the first decoding, and the hard decision part receives the fifth soft-output data from the first decoder without intervening a further deinterleaver and rearranging the fifth soft-output data to perform a hard decision of the fifth soft-output data.
