accessing one or more audio or visual stream for presentation according to a non-linear template or script comprising at least one branching point; and rendering the stream according to a meta-data or label for accessing such stream; the stream being provided to a distributed group of network-extensible media appliances, such stream being provided using reconfigurable logic configured electronically in an FPGA circuit for providing effectively a mobile reconfigurable effects studio comprising a plurality of reconfigurable logic configured electronically in the FPGA circuit to enable network extensibility via multi-appliance collaboration or integration by the group of appliances associated or synchronized with a media project or covered event, at least one such appliance in the group being reconfigured effectively for updating by the mobile reconfigurable effects studio in real-time by the reconfigurable logic configured electronically in the FPGA circuit for network-extensible digital effects processing via real-time signal processing to convert a communication format of the provided stream, the converted stream being associated with one or more meta data tag for synchronizing stream production or rendering thereof with one or more other stream provided by one or more other appliance in the group, such synchronization automatically enabling seamless collaboration or dynamic integration by the group appliances using one or more tag to produce the media project or reconstruct the covered event, such distributed group serving effectively as the mobile reconfigurable effects studio for digitally processing synchronized streams in the group in a network extensible manner, such that one or more reconfigurable logic configured electronically in the FPGA circuit of such mobile reconfigurable effects studio performs audio or video digital signal processing of the synchronized streams, the mobile reconfigurable effects studio comprising a plurality of network-extensible media processing appliances that are synchronously integrated to function collectively within a network that enables wireless communication between mobile network-extensible media processing appliances, and such network distributes media pre-production compositing and post-production rendering by an integrated multi-appliance mobile studio embodied collectively among multiple media processing appliances, such media processing appliances collectively functioning to embody the integrated multi-appliance mobile studio by synchronizing pre-production compositing and post-production rendering of audio or video data or signal streams provided to or from such media processing appliances, each such media processing appliance that collectively embodies the integrated multi-appliance mobile studio each comprising FPGA-based reconfigurable logic electronically configured to synchronize pre-compositing and post-rendering seamlessly by the integrated multi-appliance mobile studio.
