1. A seal for indicating relative movement between a first surface and a second surface of a secure enclosure to determine whether a secure enclosure door has been opened, with the first surface and the second surface of the secure enclosure defining an interface therebetween, said seal comprising:

  • a base material spanning the interface of the secure enclosure;

    an adhesive for bonding a portion of said base material to said first surface and for bonding a portion of said base material to said second surface; and

    an indicator for alternatively providing a first indication and a second indication, said indicator having at least one indicator component coupled to said base material to deform in response to a movement of the first surface relative to the second surface, with said indicator configured to provide the first indication prior to substantial relative movement between the first and second surfaces and the second indication after deformation of said indicator component.
