1. A system comprising:

  • an analog to digital (A/D) converter and a first processor for A/D converting and processing a voice signal into a first bit rate processed Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexed (OFDM) signal;

    a second processor and transmit filter for processing and filtering a voice signal and for providing a second bit rate processed and filtered Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal, wherein said first bit rate has a different rate than said second bit rate;

    a first receiver, first demodulator and a third processor for receiving, demodulating and processing a location finder signal into demodulated processed location finder baseband signal;

    a fourth processor for processing the third processor processed location finder signal with the first or second processor processed signal and for providing fourth processor processed signal to a modulator and transmitter;

    a modulator and a transmitter for modulation and transmission of said fourth processor processed signal comprising two distinct transmitters operated in separate radio frequency (RF) bands; and

    a second receiver for receiving an OFDM or a TDMA transmitted signal, comprising;

    two antennas;

    a second demodulator;

    receiver filter; and

    receive processor for demodulation, filtering and processing of the second receiver received TDMA signal wherein the receiver filter for filtering of said second receiver received TDMA signal is mis-matched with said transmit filter of the second bit rate TDMA signal and said receive processor and receiver filter provides received baseband mis-match filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase TDMA signal.
