1. A computer-accessible medium having executable instructions for managing a self-similar neural system based on its functioning status and operating state, the computer-accessible medium comprising:

  • computer executable self-similar neural code to generate one or more stay-alive signals based on the functioning status and operating state of the system, by a processor, the stay-alive signals including one or more withdrawing of a stay-alive signal, initiate a self-destruct sequence, or continue to stay alive, at least one stay-alive signal being based on one or more received signals from the system, the received signals being indicative of the functioning status and operating state to obtain an analysis of the condition of the system, the processor processing the one or more received signals and thereby managing operations and resources of the system.
