Abstract

Novel antigen-binding polypeptides (ABP) and uses thereof are provided.

Claims

1. A single chain Fv (scFv) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

19, wherein the scFv specifically binds EGFR.

7. A composition comprising the scFv of any one of claims 1, 2, 4 or 5.

2. A single chain Fv (scFv) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

21, wherein the scFv specifically binds EGFR.

3. A Fab antibody fragment comprising a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

23 and a variable heavy-CH1 chain domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO;

24, wherein the Fab antibody fragment specifically binds EGFR.

8. A composition comprising the Fab antibody fragment of any one of claims 3 or 6.

4. A single chain Fv (scFv) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

26, wherein the scFv specifically binds HER2.

5. A single chain Fv (scFv) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

28, wherein the scFv specifically binds HER2.

6. A Fab antibody fragment comprising a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

30 and a variable heavy-CH1 chain domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO;

31, wherein the Fab antibody fragment specifically binds HER2.
