Abstract

Antibodies that bind to CCX-CKR2 and methods of their use are provided.

Claims

1. An isolated antibody that binds to CCX-CKR2 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

2, SEQ ID NO;

4, SEQ ID NO;

6, SEQ ID NO;

8 or SEQ ID NO;

10;

wherein said antibody comprises the complementarity determining regions (CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 of the light chain sequence and CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 of the heavy chain sequence) of;

SEQ ID NO;

12 and SEQ ID NO;

14;

or SEQ ID NO;

16 and SEQ ID NO;

18.

2. The antibody of claim 1, wherein the antibody is linked to a detectable label.

3. The antibody of claim 1, which is a monoclonal antibody.

4. The antibody of claim 1, which is a humanized antibody.

5. The antibody of claim 1, which comprises the complementarity determining regions (CDRs) of SEQ ID NO:

12 and SEQ ID NO;

6. The antibody of claim 1, which comprises SEQ ID NO:

12 and SEQ ID NO;

7. The antibody of claim 1, which comprises the complementarity determining regions (CDRs) of SEQ ID NO:

9. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and the antibody of claim 1.

12. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 9, wherein the antibody comprises the complementarity determining regions (CDRs) of SEQ ID NO:

16. A method of detecting a cell expressing CCX-CKLR2 in a biological sample, the method comprising contacting the biological sample with an antibody of claim 1 and detecting the presence of the antibody.

17. An isolated polypeptide comprising an antigen-binding fragment of the isolated antibody of claim 1, wherein the antigen-binding fragment is selected from the group consisting of a Fab, a Fab′

, a F(ab′

)2 and a Fv; and

wherein the antigen-binding fragment retains the binding specificity of the antibody of claim 1.

18. The polypeptide of claim 17, comprising SEQ ID NO:

12 and SEQ ID NO;
