1. A method for receiving information transmitted using non-simultaneous frequency diversity comprising:

  • receiving a first signal transmitted by a first device on a first radio frequency channel while simultaneously communicating with a second device on a second radio frequency channel;

    after a predetermined amount of time, receiving a second signal transmitted by the first device on the second radio frequency channel; and

    identifying transmitted information based on the first signal and the second signal,wherein the first radio frequency channel and the second radio frequency channel are at least partially non-overlapping so as to enable reception of information transmitted using non-simultaneous frequency diversity.
