1. A mobile electronic device for processing electronic files stored on a base computing device using voice commands, comprising:

  • memory;

    data transmission means;

    a microphone;

    an application stored in the memory, the application being configured to;

    establish a data connection with the base computing device over a mobile network via the data transmission means;

    in response to receiving at least one individual voice command via the microphone, manipulate at least one electronic file stored on the base computing device; and

    wherein the application is configured to manipulate the at least one electronic file and to command the base computing device to transmit by one or both of;

    providing one or both of;

    the individual voice command or at least one other individual voice command received via the microphone to the base computing device as one or more audio notes;

    orproviding one or more query requests that include translated text from the at least one individual voice command or the at least one other individual voice command to the base computing device for subsequent processing and wherein the at least one electronic file or at least one other electronic file comprise at least one digital image file, video file, or electronic presentation file,wherein the one or more audio notes or the translated text comprise a keyword from the individual voice command, and wherein the keyword is used to identify the at least one electronic file or the at least one other electronic file;

    sending image resolution data from the mobile electronic device;

    wherein the image resolution data is configured to cause resolution adjustment on the base computing device of at least one of the at least one digital image file or another digital image file of a plurality of locally stored digital image files.
