1. A method for servicing an emergency call, the method comprising:
- providing a location database, wherein the location database maintains a physical location of a communication device;
in response to detecting a change occurring in one or more of an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the communication device or a load balancer accessed by the communication device, updating the location database with an alternate physical location;
receiving an emergency call, wherein the emergency call originates from the communication device, and wherein the communication device is accessible via a call back number;
forming a call request in relation to the emergency call, wherein the call request includes an indication of an emergency service answering system and a key;
providing the call request to a network, wherein the network is capable of routing the emergency call to the emergency service answering system indicated by the call request;
receiving a request for the call back number and the physical location of the communication device; and
in response to the request for the call back number and the physical location of the communication device, providing the call back number and the alternate physical location of the communication device.

Abstract
Various systems and methods for servicing emergency calls are disclosed. One such method includes providing a location database that includes physical location information about a communication device. This location information can be accessed either directly or indirectly by an emergency service answering system, while concealing the information from a network responsible for terminating the call.
