1. A cellulase fusion protein comprising:

  • a first amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO;

    2 or a biologically active fragment thereof from the 20K cellulase of Melanocarpus albomyces, wherein the first amino acid sequence has a cellulase activity;

    a second amino acid sequence of a linker and cellulose binding domain (CBD) of Trichoderma reesei cellobiohydrolase I from SEQ ID NO;

    4 or a biologically active fragment thereof, wherein the second amino acid sequence has a CBD activity; and

    a junction region having the following formula;

         52)between said first amino acid sequence and said second amino acid sequence, whereby a stable fusion protein is obtained.
