1. Method for distributing cellular telephone and digital television security media, comprising the steps of:

  • accessing one or more audio or visual cellular telephone and digital television stream provided according to a non-linear template or script comprising at least one branching point; and

    transmitting the cellular telephone and digital television stream according to a meta-data or label for accessing such stream;

    wherein the cellular telephone and digital television stream is provided for security to a distributed group of network-extensible cellular telephone and digital television media appliances, such cellular telephone and digital television stream being provided using programmable digital effects processing via real-time signal processing to convert a communication format of the provided cellular telephone and digital television stream, wherein the converted cellular telephone and digital television stream is associated with one or more meta data tag for synchronizing cellular telephone and digital television stream production or rendering thereof with one or more other cellular telephone and digital television stream provided by one or more other cellular telephone and digital television appliance in the group, such synchronization automatically enabling seamless collaboration or dynamic integration by the group cellular telephone and digital television appliances using one or more tag to produce a media project or reconstruct a covered event, whereby such distributed group serves effectively as a mobile reconfigurable effects studio for digitally processing synchronized cellular telephone and digital television streams in the group in a network extensible manner.
