1. A method of manufacturing a respiratory mask for delivering a pressurized flow of breathable gas to a patient, the method comprising;

  • molding integrally a mask frame, an inlet portion comprising an inlet for the flow of pressurized breathable gas, a forehead support member, a first hinge connecting the mask frame to the inlet portion, a second hinge connecting the mask frame to the forehead support member, and a cooperative interlocking structure on the mask frame and the inlet portion;

    folding the mask frame relative to the inlet portion;

    interlocking the cooperative interlocking structure so that the mask frame is locked in a position relative to the inlet portion; and

    folding the forehead support member relative to the mask frame so that the inlet portion is interposed between the forehead support member and the mask frame.
