1. A method for controlling the operations of automatically creating client communications associated with one or more sales programs for a financial product or service via one or more computing systems with one or more databases, including a client database, comprising the steps of:

  • automatically receiving, without human intervention, instruction data for scheduling creation of client communications for a financial product or service, the client communications being specific to one or more sales programs operated by a system user;

    automatically providing, without human intervention, task data to a processing capability associated with the one or more computing systems for one or more tasks that relate to the one or more sales programs scheduled for processing;

    automatically retrieving, without human intervention, decision criteria and other task information from a database that relates to the one or more sales programs; and

    automatically generating client communications using the one or more computing systems for each client associated with the one or more sales programs using client information contained in the client database.
