    a currency dispenser mechanism at least partially housed in the secure area;

    a top housing cover having a front opening, the top housing cover being mounted in slidable relationship relative to the top wall of the chest housing, wherein the top housing cover is selectively slidable away from a first operable position above the chest housing;

    an upper fascia mounted in operatively supported connection with a top wall of the chest housing,wherein the upper fascia is adapted to cover the front opening,wherein the upper fascia includes a rearwardly extending portion,wherein the top housing cover includes a forward region adjacent the front opening, andwherein when the top housing cover is in the first operable position, the rearwardly extending portion overlies the forward region;

    a first flange member in operatively supported connection with a first side of the top wall of the chest housing;

    a first channel member in operatively supported connection with a first side wall of the top housing cover, wherein the first channel member includes a first channel configured to slidably receive the first flange member;

    a second flange member in operatively supported connection with a second side of the top wall of the chest housing;

    a second channel member in operatively supported connection with a second side wall of the top housing cover, wherein the second channel member includes a second channel configured to slidably receive the second flange member;

    at least one upper banking machine component mounted in operatively supported connection with the top wall of the chest housing;

    wherein the at least one upper banking machine component includes at least one of a display, a card reader, a keypad, a communications device, and a receipt printer;

    a lock operative to selectively securely engage the top housing cover with the upper fascia;

    a rollout tray movably mounted in operatively supported connection with the chest housing,wherein the rollout tray is movable between a retracted position wherein the rollout tray is within an interior area defined by the top housing cover, and an extended position wherein the rollout tray extends outward from the front opening,wherein the at least one fastener is covered by the rearwardly extending portion of the upper fascia when the rollout tray is in the retracted position, and the at least one fastener is accessible when the rollout tray is in the extended position;

    a processor case housing at least one processor, wherein the processor case is movably mounted in operatively supported connection with the chest housing, wherein the processor case is selectively rotationally movable between an operational position and a service position; and

    a lower fascia movably mounted in operatively supported connection with the chest housing,wherein the lower fascia is selectively movable between a covering position wherein the lower fascia covers the chest door when the chest door is in the closed position, and an accessible position wherein the lower fascia is disposed away from the chest door when the chest door is in the closed position,wherein first and second side walls of the chest housing have first and second forward portions, respectively,wherein the lower fascia includes first and second spaced side extensions, andwherein when the lower fascia is in the covering position the first side extension overlies the first forward portion and the second side extension overlies the second forward portion.
