1. A method for deploying at an interventional site an anchor assembly including a plurality of anchor components attached to a connector, comprising:
- inserting a device housing the plurality of anchor components and connector into a penis and advancing until a distal end is in an urethra adjacent the interventional site;
positioning a first anchor component at a first side of a prostate target tissue;
positioning a first portion of the connector through the prostate target tissue and a second portion of the connector at a second side of the prostate target tissue in the urethra; and
positioning a second anchor component at the first side of the prostate target tissue and a third portion of the connector through the prostate target tissue wherein the connector retracts the urethra.
