- a publication site server comprising a first computer readable memory encoded with a first program that configures the publication site server configured to store and to publish a first time-sensitive data from a first data provider and a second time-sensitive data from a second data provider;
a purchasing server communicatively coupled to the publication site server, and comprising a second computer readable memory encoded with a second program that configures the purchasing server configured to accept a fee from the first provider in exchange for publishing the first time-sensitive data ahead of publishing the second time-sensitive data, and to instruct the publication site server to publish the first time-sensitive data; and
a user interface communicatively with the publication site server, and comprising a third computer readable memory encoded with a third program that configures the user interface configured to present the first time-sensitive data ahead of the second time-sensitive data in response to the purchasing server receiving the fee and to the publication site server publishing the first time-sensitive data to the user interface.
